Q: How do I know whether this panel fits my project?

A: Send us the wall height, pouring pressure, frame type, and target reuse count, and we will recommend the most suitable panel spec.

Q: How should the panels be stored after arrival?

A: Keep them flat, dry, and off the ground, with the edges protected from standing water. Poor site storage can shorten the usable life faster than normal production differences.

Q: How should cut edges be handled on site?

A: Any cut edge should be sealed immediately after machining. If raw veneer is left exposed, the board will absorb water much faster and lose service life earlier.

Q: What documents can I request for procurement approval?

A: You can request a commercial invoice, packing list, batch identification, and factory inspection record before dispatch. If your project is strict, ask for photos to be preloaded with the pallet marks visible.

Q: What happens if the incoming inspection fails?

A: Report the issue with photos, the batch code, and a short description of the defect within 7 days of arrival. That allows the supplier to quickly isolate the lot and propose a replacement, rework, or credit.

Q: Can you support OEM or private label orders?
